Dania R. Gardea has been practicing law since 2005 following her graduation from the University of San Francisco School of Law.  Most of this time has been in New Mexico personal injury and family law.

Mrs. Gardeas’s practice focuses primarily on family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, adoptions and guardianship.  Mrs. Gardea has experience in all aspects of family law including cases involving Child Protective Services, Domestic Violence Protection Orders, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, interstate custody disputes, divorces involving business owners, partners, and shareholders, mediations, trials, and appeals.  Mrs. Gardea is also available for estate planning and drafting of wills and trusts.

Over the years, Mrs. Gardea has expanded her practice to include New Mexico personal injury clients across the State of New Mexico. Dania represents personal injury and accident victims throughout New Mexico. Her clients include victims of automobile accidents, medical malpractice, truck accidents, premises liability, slip and fall accidents, nursing home neglect and abuse and wrongful death.
